Hello,
I have a problem that I am not sure how to deal with. We have an experiment with 10 subjects, 5 functional runs each. When viewing the functional runs independently, the orientation is such that the nose points towards the top of the screen for each subject and run. We then constructed a mean image across the runs for each subject. Something weird happened, for the first nine subjects no problems, for subject 10, the mean functional data when viewed is upside down - the nose is at the bottom and the activations of interest in PVC are at the top. This is true for all four cope images (directories).
The question is this:
1) Is this an issue, i.e., should we construct a grand average and ignore this
2) Is there a way to flip all of the data in the .gfeat directory, i.e., all the copes... I am not sure what would need to be flipped or what would not.
As I said, all of the feat images are oriented properly so we are not sure why it is flipping.
Ideas?
Cheers
