I would use a single waypoint that is most specific for the pathway of
interest, to avoid having to do unnecessary work drawing waypoints.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: Re: [FSL] probtrackx options
Hi Matt,
I had a chance to run the probtrackx again incorporating your suggestions: I
ran your single seed mask approach, ie BA10_bilateral, and BA40_left (right
as well but for simplicity...), independently. I take it at this stage I
could sum up the 2 fdt_paths images. Then I would select a few waypoints on
the paths interconnecting BA10_bilateral and BA40_left. Is there a rule for
how many waypoints to use?
Thanks again for your support!
All the best,
Torsten
