Hi,
have you / has anyone encountered practical / measurable advantages of using multiple shells for probabilistic brain tractography data?
Thanks + cheers-
Andreas

BEDPOSTx models crossing fibers for HARDI or QBALL data. If you have a
single shell and a large number of directions (e.g. more than 60), you can
model up to 3 fibers. If you have multiple shells, you need to edit the
bedpostx shell script and select model=2.
Peace,
Matt.

Can you please tell me if DTIFIT is able to handle and model HARDI or QBALL
type data and model crossing fibers?
