Clark,
typically people band pass between 0.01 and 0.08 or 0.10 hz (regardless
of FSL or SPM or what-have-you). there are several articles out there,
you can look at the early Biswal paper and other reviews. lots of
literature out there that a good pubmed search will pick up. you'll need
to look those up for references for any publication that you may be
considering to write.
Good luck,
-Robert

We are wondering if there is any consensus concerning the setting for
the highpass filter in the preprocessing of Resting State Data. We
think the FSL gurus are using 200 seconds – but no one is really sure
how we determined that.
Would appreciate insight both with regard to the value and the logic for
that choice.
Thanks
Clark
