In Experiment - Experiments - Experiment Tab you can attach shift lists to
experiments. If a shift list belongs to no experiments anymore it is empty
and deletable (in Resonance - Measurement Lists). Shift lists get their shift
value from all peaklists of the experiment (though weighted see:

I can confirm this. Never really used that Shift Table, but it seems to skip
many residues that are in the shift list.
