Are you involved in managing volunteers? Do you want to find out more and share best practice? Volunteering in Archives is the theme of the next meeting of Wales Region of the Archives and Records Association ( UK and Ireland) (formerly the Society of Archivists). We have organised an excellent programme with speakers presenting the national picture, good practice in archives in Wales, and the volunteers’ point of view. We extend a warm welcome to members of other regions, and to anyone else who is interested and would like to join us.
The meeting will be held at Conwy Archives in Llandudno, on Friday 9 July. The programme is as follows:
