SENIOR Econometrician / Manager Wanted, London, Up to 47K
A TOP consulting company specialising in marketing analytics for largely BLUE CHIP clients, has an urgent vacancy that must be filled.
If you’re an econometrician with 2 to 4 years experience, then this is the role for you. Bursting with analytics and responsibility this opportunity is a dream if you love data.
Your role will be to:
• Excel in econometric modelling
• Be involved in every part of the business process, from data collection, model building, to creating commercially viable recommendations and explaining technical econometrics to both senior levels and non-technical clients.
• Lead a team, whilst mentoring and training those less senior.
Requirements:
• The successful candidate will have experience in Time Series or demand forecasting. Experience gained developing Time Series models in the marketing or media industry is preferable, but experience gained in other industries such as property or energy will be considered, if the candidate has been involved in demand forecasting.
• A good 2:1 degree with an econometrics component
• A strong knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of EViews
• The ability to communicate effectively
• A strong team player, who has the ability to project and man manage, and who can adapt well to changes, whilst developing the team in its drive to achieve its full potential.
