Dear Cerisa,
The correct practice is group inversion for both conditions. Note that
you might want to wait till the next SPM release (hopefully in a few
weeks) before you finalize your analysis, especially if you have MEG
data. There were some problems with the inversion in the present
public version that will hopefully be resolved in the next update.
