Dear SPM list,
I hope this question is not so silly, but we encouter problems with
our local ethical commission asking to justify by a statistical
approcah (power calculation) the number of 20 subjects we want to
include in an fMRI experiment on healthy participants.
Please, could you let me know how you usually proceed for such a
justification and are there classical references to justify that we do
not need hundred of participants in fMRI to identify neural networks ?
Thank you very much in advance,
Sincerely yours,
Harold Mouras
