Hi Gemma,
One other thought - just in case nobody has mentioned it already (apologies if they have). Has anyone created a sitemap.xml file for your site and submitted it to the search engines? Details of how to do this manually can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Site_map.
It can be tricky with dynamically generated sites like yours but there are some utilities which effectively spider your site, generate the xml file and automatically submit it to the search engines with minimum hassle. I've used one from webassist called surveyor (http://www.webassist.com/dreamweaver-extensions/surveyor/) which did a reasonable job. We haven't tried it on the BPMA site yet though...
All the best,
Ian Tolley
