I'd echo everything that people have said so far. At Kew we see about 60-70% search engine referrals and I have always assumed that was about 'normal'.
At the same time I wouldn't want to draw too many direct comparisons - for example it might be helpful to know what tool you are using to quantify this - it doesn't look like you are using Google Analytics, and other tools may report figures that are somewhat different.

Also, just one more thing I've spotted: after <title>, the next most
important element of the (for on-page SEO) is the <h1> and other semantic
mark-up.
When you get down to individual pages under the Themes, they DO have unique
page <title>s (which is good), BUT they don't have any kind of semantic
structure in the mark-up, e.g.

MREF_=2186&_IXSS_=_IXACTION_%3dsummary%26_IXMAXHITS_%3d25%26%2524%2b%2524%2b
%2522Life%2b%2526%2bLove%2b%257c%2bSex%2b%2526%2bLove%2522%2bin%2bclocktower
_theme%2bindex%2bcms_con_text%3d%252e%26_IXSESSION_%3d5nDbV9OjD7r%26%2524%2b
rec%2bcms_con_catalogue%3d%252e%26_IXFPFX_%3dtemplates%252fsummary%252fcmhs_
&_IXACTION_=display&_IXSPFX_=templates/full/&_IXEMBED_KIOSK_=kiosk/a4_k2
"The Wolfenden Report" should be marked-up as an <h1>, whereas it's just a
<div>, along with everything else on the page, so Google doesn't give it any
extra weight.
(As many others might point out, I doubt those complex/long URLs are
helping, either).
