Just to let you know that places are still available on the above cpd25 event.
Many libraries are developing roving advice and enquiry services. This cpd25 event will set out the knowledge, skills, tools and behaviour that staff need to ensure a successful roving assistance service.
In addition, representatives from libraries where roving has been operating successfully will share their practical experience and discuss some of the tools that have underpinned the success and development of the service.
