Hi Karen,
We have the same issue at Warwick with searching Web of Knowledge on
Research Pro.
A variation of this issue occurs with EBSCO EJS where when we click on a
hit you get taken to a citation with no Webbridge link. If you click on
the 'Back to results' link at the bottom of the EBSCO citation you go
back to a page where there is a Webbridge link taking you to full-text
(but patrons don't know this).
When I became aware of these issues just before I got stranded in Spain
I was going to go through all our Research Pro databases to check this
out - but have not had time to.
Regards,
Graeme

Subject: Research Pro users: Web of Knowledge databases
Question for anyone using Research Pro with any of the Web of Knowledge
databases ((Biosis Previews, Arts&Humanities Citation Index, Web of
Science, Science Citation Index or Social Science Citation Index):
Can you access full text on these databases via Research Pro?
We have these databases profiled from Thomson/MIMAS. No problem getting
the results list in Research Pro but when we connect through to the
database, we only get the abstract and no apparent means of getting to
full text. We get the full text & Webbridge link when connecting
directly to the database.
Thanks,
Karen
