on the GE HDx you need to
set your FOV to be 25.6x25.6 and the matrix 128x128, the after you download the sequence select
Research Operations -> Users CVs
and change rhmethod = 1 and rhrcxres=128
This will prevent upsampling to 256x256 and you will have 2mm isotropic voxels

Typically, the voxel size is controlled by the matrix (which you have at 128 x 128) and the FOV (which in your case should be set to 256mm). Then you also need to set the slice thickness to 2mm. I am only familiar with where these settings are on Siemens scanners though.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] help with scanner setting
Hi FSLers,
This is really an elementary question, but our MR physicist and technician are on vacation for sometime and i need to set the scanning parameters on a GE HDx 3 T scanner to the following:
1. Diffusion Image dims: 128 x 128
2. voxel size: 2 x 2 x 2 mm^3
3. no. of slices: 25
I can set 1 and 3 but can't find the proper item for 2 in the scanner gui.
Could some one guide me on this?
Thanks in advance.
