Hi Chuck,
I have the attached fsl_sub code which enables TORQUE. It only works with
newer versions of TORQUE that support job arrays and we have been having
some issues with TORQUE itself not respecting job dependencies
intermittently. You will, of course, need to configure the default queue,
mail options, etc to be appropriate for your cluster.
Also, this is a newer version of the code than what I sent to Steve Smith
previously, and has some bugfixes and enhancements. Let me know if you have
any questions about getting it working.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] torque support?
Hi,
Are there plans to have the FSL tools support torque as well as SGE? I
had hoped that the transition would be transparent, but the options to
qsub are different between the two cluster environments.
