Hi Matt,
If you run "cluster" you can output a cluster index image
where the cluster index number is ranked by size. So
the cluster with the largest cluster index number is the
biggest one. Hence just get the max of this image
using fslstats then single out only the voxels that
have this cluster index value using fslmaths with -thr
and -uthr. This will then give you the biggest cluster.
