Hello,
This sounds suspiciously like the file got truncated (e.g. a full disk or
maybe a glitch to the network during the last save). So if you look at
the file:
/home/parnham/spidersilk/spn1_dimer032410/ccp/nmr/Nmr/defaultProject+default
Project_user_2009-03-18-18-32-10_00122.xml
Does it suddenly end (at line 408413, it would seem)? If so the best
option is probably going to be either the file
/home/parnham/spidersilk/spn1_dimer032410/ccp/nmr/Nmr/defaultProject+default
Project_user_2009-03-18-18-32-10_00122.xml.bak
or the backed up project in the backup directory (as made via the auto
backup mechanism):
/home/parnham/spidersilk/spn1_dimer032410_backup/
dependent on which is more recent. The *.bak files are created whenever
you do a save so that should be there. The one problem with these is that
getting a whole set together is a bit of a pain (they need to be renamed
without the .bak suffix). But I think most of the time you should be able
to just use the Nmr one, so rename just that one. Whatever you do, make
sure everything is tar gzipped to some other location before starting.
If the file is not truncated then I'm puzzled. So if it looks complete
can you send me the project tar gzipped off list? Or if you have other
questions about how to proceed you can also email me off list.
