Notice of Society of Archivists Business Records Group AGBM 2010
The BRG AGBM and Discussion Forum on 'Third Party Funding For Business
Collections' will be held on Tuesday 8th June 2010 at 2pm at The
Phoenix Centre, Phoenix Place, London.
Papers and forms will be available on the BRG website in the coming
days and will be sent out to members by both email and post next week.
Further details about the associated training event and directions to
the venue will follow.
Nominations:
All officers and committee members are elected annually and take up
their posts from the end of each Annual General Business Meeting.
There are a maximum of 10 posts available on the BRG committee: Chair,
2 Joint Secretaries, Treasurer, 2 Joint Training Officers,
Communications Officer and 3 non-portfolio roles.
The following members of the current committee wish to stand for re-election.

Amanda Noble (Joint Training Officer)
Maria Sienkiewicz (Treasurer)
Clare Paterson (Communications Officer)
Sarah Mahurter (Non Portfolio Member)
Vicky Stretch (Non Portfolio Member)
Nominations are welcomed for all committee posts. Please state if you
wish to stand for any of the portfolio posts noted above, for the
vacant positions of Joint Secretary (Membership) and Joint Training
Officer or as a Non Portfolio Member.
If you wish to stand for a post on the committee, please complete and
send your nomination form, signed by a proposer and a seconder (who
must be Society of Archivists members), by Tuesday 27 April 2010 to:
