Dear All
As we progress with a UK NGI there will be an increasing number of
joint events between GridPP and NGS. The events will focus on
different operational and middleware areas. Last week there was a
discussion on the CREAM CE for the benefit of NGS sysadmins. Next week
there will be an open discussion on Grid-SAFE (see http://www.epcc.ed.ac.uk/projects/grid-safe
for more details). Whilst Grid-SAFE is not an immediate deployment
concern for GridPP, some of you may have an interest in the talk (to
learn about the framework and approach) and you are more than welcome
to attend the meeting (details below). [To join, start EVO and search
for the meeting "Marble Beer House", then click the meeting name when
the meeting is located. I believe the meeting appears in the Janet
(UK) community]
Kind regards,
Jeremy
