We have slightly revised the dates from the last call - the workshop starts on the evening of September 9th with a press conference, and then the panels run all day on the 10th and 11th of September.

On Sept 9 - 12 this year at the Open University Business School we will be holding a research workshop entitled 'The Political Economy of Surveillance'. The workshop is jointly funded by the New Transparency Major Collaborative Research Initiative, Surveillance Studies Centre, Queens University, Canada, and the Living in Surveillance Societies (LiSS) EU-COST action.
The closing date for abstracts is the 30th April 2010 and full papers are due at the end of July 2010.
Further details are provided in the attached call for papers - contributions from members of this list would be most welcome.
