I just have to wonder aloud whether any of these new posts would help Kings sort out the organisational dysfunctionality revealed by the report that led - quite bizarrely given its contents - to the suspension of the Albany practice ... Or have I perhaps missed the ad for the role of sorting out that mess ?
More seriously, does anyone know where Kings are up to in creating an organisational culture that might support rather than thwart the Albany model ?
