Here at Keele we are just finishing removing and disposing of all our
print holdings which we have via JSTOR and the OUP archive. The only
exceptions we made were for a couple of printed indexes which don't seem
to be duplicated exactly electronically.
Previously we have disposed of print covered by the ACS Legacy
collection, this was at the suggestion of the faculty!
We have made the decision that JSTOR will be the last deal to go however
bad the budget situation, I think this reassured people that it was ok
to let the print go.
It has gone better than we expected - famous last words!
