By "update their wayf" I'm assuming you're meaning update their metadata for your site?
We had problems with some SPs and from the records Scopus took at least a day to update, Science Direct had updated within 18 hours of the changeover. We had problems with Westlaw and Web of knowledge which took nearly a week to swap over.
Are you still listening on both Shibboleth 1.3 and Shib 2 endpoints? If so most things should continue to work, we found a few problems with a small handful who authenticated via Shib2 but then asked the shib 1.3 IdP for attributes!
Edina may be able to put some leaverage on them to update their metadata if they're being slow - they have agreed to do it!
