Hi
My name is Catherine Dhanjal and I'm editor of the journal - Multimedia Information and Technology (MmIT). See here http://www.cilip.org.uk/get-involved/special-interest-groups/multimedia/
journal/pages/default.aspx
The board of MMIT were approached lately by Museums and Heritage Magazine to help them with an upcoming article on 'Interactives'. They are looking for a piece that focuses on the types and benefits of interactives displays and presentations in the museums, galleries and heritage sectors.
I would love to include information from DL-list users and I would be very grateful if you would have time to scribble down some answers to the following questions and reply by this Friday! Feel free to ignore any which don't apply. I don't expect you to spend too long on this. We just appreciate any replies..... and any good photos of interactive displays in action would be much appreciated.
Very many thanks
Catherine

8. Do museum staff find them a hindrance or a help
