Dear James,
no exhaustive guide of SPM I'm afraid but I'm not sure this would be
possible anyway, given development pace and limited resources.
Apart from the usual suspects (website, SPM manual, SPM book, articles,
....), the archive of this mailing list contains lots of information.
That said, I would be very keen to see the SPM wikibook:
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM
growing and become a community-based reputed SPM knowledge database, so
everyone is welcome to contribute in order to make that wish a reality.
Best regards,
Guillaume.
