Would be useful and I think it exists on the trade side - I have a vague
memory of at least one library seeking to implement it a couple of years
ago. This is the sort of thing that could be brought up at the BIC EDI
clinics - I have mislaid the date of the ext one. You could email BIC
and/ or Lis-acq.
