Ah, that works ok for me, so I mean doing the Initialise Root Resonances
again. I've tried several times on the same peak list one after the
other. It even works if I only clear out some of the resonances. I
assume there are no exceptions in the shell for you. Is the relevant Peak
List still being shown in the pulldown menu in the Initialise Root
Resonances dialog? Are there any Amide Sidechain Peaks listed (assuming
that some were shown first time around)? Is it just that when you click
the "Initialise Peak List" button that nothing happens?
