Thanks Keith. Yes, I did see those entries. I was looking for a
retention period for other youth offending case work records, other than
those specific orders, but I have noted your point. 

We find your retention schedules very helpful by the way.

Have you looked at the following in my retention schedule?

5.1	Anti social orders
5.1.1	Action plan order
Anti social behavior orders [ASBOs]
Curfew order
Forfeiture and destruction order
Parenting order	Recommend 3 years after order ends	To be in
writing	Corporate	Court Service destroys 3 years after the date
the order
was made

If there are no existing standards for managing that category of
document
and you need to appraise the record to determine the ongoing value,
please
let me know and l can share the Australian and Victorian standard with
you
for comparison which may, in the absence of anything else, help in your
decision making.

Can anyone tell me what retention period you use for records of young
offenders held by Youth Offending Teams? 
It's listed as a document type in LGCRS but with no retention period and
it's not listed at all in the Keith Batchelor schedules.
