It does, indeed, Dave, much of it, alas, only history (our government
of the moment, despite being a minority, is a kind of Bush-lite,
managing to support torture, having the only remaining (& when
captured a 15 year old child) prisoner from a 'western' nation in
Gitmo, etc. And a lot of the voter seem to like its 'strong man'
approach to things).
And then there are the oilmen of Calgary (& Edmonton) who brought
George W here [where he was NOT arrested as a war criminal] & now
Palin. Aaargh.
