Unforunately the 1640 Benson edition of Jonson's translation seems to be one
of those few texts on EEBO that don't seem to be -- hm -- lying around
loose. Do you know if it was reprinted again before 1700, dave? Or is
there a contents list of George's edition online? Ought to be a way,
somehow ...
