This course will provide an insight into the technologies behind e-journal
delivery. Participants will learn how technology is used throughout the
delivery of e-journals from publisher via library to the end-user.
The course will educate attendees about key issues affecting the delivery of

pricing. Participants will also learn what necessitated technological change
in libraries and publishers and how to solve some of the key problems posed
