Hi Mike,
thanks for putting up with my request:
Ubuntu 9.10.17 64bit
FSL binary install from Debian.net for Ubuntu-Karmik 4.1.5.2.2 Desktop Gnome 2.28.1
The requested config menu file is attached.
to summarize again:
- if I start the fsl-GUI in a terminal:
>fsl
all modules and funtions work fine.
- if I create a new entry in the Applications Menu for example for FLIRT /usr/share/fsl/bin/Flirt the
GUI opens but it does not execute anything. By creating a link that opens the apps in a terminal I get
the following error:
/usr/share/fsl/bin/flirt -in
/home/boogie/Desktop/TBI_FSL/003/fAX_3DT1_brain.nii.gz -ref
/usr/share/fsl/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain -out
/home/boogie/Desktop/TBI_FSL/003/fAX_3DT1_brain_reg.nii.gz -omat
/home/boogie/Desktop/TBI_FSL/003/fAX_3DT1_brain_reg.mat -bins 256 -cost corratio -searchrx -90 90 -
searchry -90 90 -searchrz -90 90 -dof 12 -interp trilinear
/usr/share/fsl/bin/flirt: symbol lookup error: /usr/share/fsl/bin/flirt:
