We currently have a partnership arrangement with an institution in Malaysia, the students spend part of their time in the UK and part in Malaysia. One of our academics has requested that the student marks are sent to the home institution in Malaysia and that we ask the students to sign a form giving their consent.
I am now looking at the initial application process/forms and the wording of a statement to this effect however I would be grateful for advice on requesting the students sign a consent form after they have actually commenced the programme.
Many thanks
Wendy
