Thanks for the gzipped tar file, especially for the *.ft2 file given that
I managed to say Bruker when I meant NmrPipe in my email. (So I
definitely didn't need the Bruker files!)
I commented out the bit of the code with that error message and it then
opens but it comes out looking rather silly (not very surprising if you
are interpreting points as real when they are complex).
The number of points it is coming up with when it ignores that error
message is 256 x 3958, which would make around a 4 Mb file and the file is
instead around 8 Mb, so that is another indication of the complexity.
I guess we could try and figure out how the NmrPipe complexity works. At
least this is one data set to test things with (but it might not cover all
the subtleties).
But is there a way in NmrPipe (so not in Topspin) to reduce the data to be
real?? That would be the immediate best option, I think.
