Dear Justin,
The standard way is to use the mouse buttons - Ctrl-Shift-Left mouse as
far as I remember - to do an area pick. If you want to pick an entire
spectrum at once, you can expand the sliders in all dimensions to display
the entire spectrum and the just peak-pick everything in one go. The
intensity cut-off is determined by the current contour level, and further
parameters controlling teh pick are in Peak->Peak Finding.
Actually it looks like you can large area peak finding from the Peak->Peak
Finding {Region Peak Find} tab, if you prefer it that way.
