Hi,
We revised our employee monitoring form last year with HR and included
the following questions under Gender:
Is your gender identity the same as the gender you were assigned at
birth?
Yes
No
Prefer not to say
Do you live and work full-time in the gender role opposite to that
assigned at birth?
Yes
No
Prefer not to say
I haven't yet had any feedback on whether people are actually answering
these questions but we haven't had any complaints either.
