There is also this one:

used in the past. According to that page, it is possible to output from
Bruker scanners in DICOM format, so that might be another option. I don't
think there is anything that automatically generates a bvecs file, but the
gradient directions are included in the method file output by the scanner
with the data (and the effective bvalues are also there, which should be
used instead of a constant bvalue in some cases).

I've not performed DTI analyses on Bruker data but I've used pvconv from
http://pvconv.sourceforge.net/ to convert Bruker data to Analyze format,
from which converting to NIfTI should be relatively straightforward.
