Dear all,
UNHCR's Policy Development and Evaluation Service (PDES) has lanched two
new research projects and would be interested to hear from anyone with an
interest in these issues.
The first project is an assessment of microfinance projects in
situations of displacement, focusing especially on protracted refugee
situations.
The second project is a historical analysis of border closures in mass
influx situations, focusing particulalry on UNHCR's response to this
phenomenon.
