For a couple of modules here, I am using Semantic Web Results Format's
calendar output (see http://ebus.mgt.qub.ac.uk/wiki/index.php/Calendar).
But that wouldn't scale to a whole university. It is more a solution for
a department or research group that has decided to set up a wiki site
and wants a calendar on it (and an RDF output, see
http://ebus.mgt.qub.ac.uk/wiki/index.php/Special:ExportRDF/Property:Has_date).
On the other hand, you might look for software that can read RSS and RDF
feeds and put those into your general university calendar.
