Research Associate in GNSS Multipath Mitigation
Duties and Responsibilities
The Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering is offering a
post-doctoral position to work within the department’s Satellite Geodesy and
Navigation Research Group on GNSS multipath mitigation algorithm
development and data analysis. The post will focus on the collaborative
algorithm development, coding and testing of novel code and carrier multipath
mitigation techniques suited a wide range of GNSS applications.
Funding is for 2 years and 3 months in the first instance
The expected start date is 1 May 2010-02-02
Key Requirements
The applicant will have research experience in GPS/GNSS studies and will
either have a PhD, or will be about to submit one, on a relevant subject.
applicant must have experience applying mathematics to research problems,
be a skilled computer programmer and have proven team-working skills
