Hi,
This is much more serious and seems to indicate that the
version is incorrect. Can you successfully run prelude
from the command line (outside of matlab)? If not then
this must be sorted out first. If you can, then it is very
strange that the shell invoked by matlab is not using
the correct libraries. Can you tell us what OS you are
running on and what version of FSL you have installed?
