Dear Experts,
I have run TBSS using the procedure given in the FSL website, comparing a
sample of patients and controls. The findings are interesting, but given
their distribution its hard to fully appreciate without looking at the
results using the FSL program. I'm trying to find the best way to describe
what I see on paper (i.e. manuscript).
Is there any way to use the cluster program (or other program) to capture
MNI coordinates and corresponding mean FA values (per group) of ALL voxels
what are significantly different between the compared groups?
Also, can a report be generated listing the total count of significantly
different voxels for each involved structure as identified by each voxel's
MNI coordinates and the JHU White-Matter Tractography Atlas? Could mean FA
also be calculated (for patient and control groups) for these groupings?
Thank you in advance for your kind assistance in this matter.
Regards,
Roger
