Hello all,
I found relevant messages regarding this subject, but I couldn't find the
solution of the problem. I have copied and pasted the previous messages
between Ramtilak and Matthew below. Ramtilak seems to be having the same
problem as I, with same error message.
I have downloaded VM player, fslVM, and fsl. I have checked all of the
files' integrity using mdsum, and everything seemed to work until I clicked
on fsl GUI. It seems that every GUI except fslviewer is not working,
generating similar error messages as the one created when I clicked on bet GUI.

I have downloaded on overwrote the tclIndex file as Matthew suggested, but I
am still having the same problem. Does anyone know what may be going on?
Thank you,
Ann

Subject: Re: [FSL] FSL 4.1.5 installation problem - error: files corrupt-
gui not working
Hi,
This is a (odd) problem with our build process - can you download
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/patches/tclIndex
and install it to ${FSLDIR}/tcl
and try relaunching the GUI?
Many Regards
Matthew
Hi Mathew,
I was able to bring up FSL by typing in the command fsl but after that,
GUI stopped working .
When I click any GUI I see the following error, I searched for this
error on the forums but couldnt find anything related to Centos 5 32 bit
which is what I have. Most of the search results were for Mac which
suggested to install X11.

thanks a lot for the help
