The question I am trying to answer is this:
The contrasts that I used for the first level, 1 for positive activation and -1
for negative, are passed on to the second level. So when I calculate a two
sample paired t-test for one subjects Scan A and Scan B the results are two
copes. Each one of these copes has two zstat images: A-B and B-A. When I
compare cope1, zstat1 (A-B) to cope2, zstat2 (B-A) the results are exactly
the same. The senerio is the same for cope1, zstat2 and cope2, zstat1.
Does anyone know why this occurs?
Is it related to the contrasts from the first level? And if so, how?
Thanks,
Eric
