So, using glm_gui, the files are concatenated alphabetically (i.e, in my case, CON's
before PAT's, and in numerical order--i.e., CON_1001, CON1004, CON_1005,
CON_1006....PAT_2001, PAT_2003, PAT_2005....)?
Using fslview as you suggested, I loaded the GM_mod_merg file.
I can tell (by pressing the "I" button) that there are 30 volumes.
But how do you determine the exact identity of each of these 30 volumes--i.e., ensure
that #1 is CON_1001 and #30 is PAT_2028?
Tnx!

They've been concatenated in that order in your stats/ directory in your 4D images
GM_mod_merg(_s*). Have a look in FSLview...
You should do your stats on these smoothed 4D images as indicated in the manual.
