Yes, everything is compatible.
There might be slight differences in the distributions calculated by
bedpostx - these differences will be higher with noisier data (higher
b-value, smaller voxels, etc.) - so to be safe, I wouldn't mix both
versions of bedpostx to study the same group of subjects.
