Matt, ecode = 6 works like a charm. Is there a list of NIfTI-1 ecodes, that
are accepted by FSL or other software, posted anywhere? The original
documentation mentions all even numbers being valid, but only {0,2,4} were
defined back in 2005. I would be curious to know what FSL does. My
previous ecode was 1002 (semi-arbitrary choice), but I didn't think it would
break software packages.
