Further to our discussion on gstat results earlier today, I got this
feedback from gstat support.

Subject: Re: gstat running jobs
Hovering the mouse over the column title should show the description.
The percentage is the number of running jobs divided by the number of
logical CPUs. This means that this value could be greater than 100%. In
view QML currently has 50%.
The other percent is the number of waiting jobs as a percent of total
jobs. This is 0% where there are no jobs queuing although I see that
there is an error with the percent bar.
