I agree completely, the format is a definite embellishment that enhances the
text...It should be done tastefully and gracefully IMO.
Like the book the book 'House of
Leaves'<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_of_Leaves> wherever
the word house appears it appears in a muted blue really adding to the
ambience of the entire plot of the story, along with upside down pages and
different fonts for different perspectives...
