Does anyone utilise instant messaging software (in any form) to answer enquiries
from users? I am in the process of writing a short business case for the
introduction of an instant messaging enquiry service for our subscribers when
they are logged into our database, to answer initial research enquiries or offer
real-time database support, and would be interested in finding out how other
people utilise such software, any problems they've experienced, usage levels etc.
Am happy to summarise to the list as required.
